Chimneys
Teplotechna Ostrava a.s. represents an experienced supplier of chimneys of all types.
|
|
Besides the construction itself, we also provide maintenance and revisions of the existing factory chimneys, as well as expert opinions - all in accordance with the Czech National Standards, ČSN 734111: "High-rise chimneys, reinforced concrete" and ČSN 732110: "High-rise chimneys, masonry".
We also supply and provide maintenance for:
Monolithic chimneys of reinforced concrete
Separately standing constructions composed of a base plate, a concrete shaft and a protective sleeve. The shaft's wall is concreted with the help of sliding formwork. The reinforcement of the shaft's wall is continued by the anchoring reinforcement of the base plate.
|
There may be outer galleries of reinforced concrete mounted on the chimney shaft, with guard railing. There are two access routs to the galleries and, also to the chimney's head - provided by two ladders with guard cages placed opposite to one another. The chimney's head is equipped with a lightening conductor system. Night air marking is done by means of paints at several levels, in accordance with the regulation "L14 - Airport". The inner side of the shaft of reinforced concrete contains concrete brackets for the placement of individual parts of the inner protective ceramic sleeve and insulation. The individual parts are dilated at the brackets. The sleeve has 1-2 inner ladders with guard cages. Another variant is an inner set-back sleeve of stainless steel. There is permanently an accessible and passable solid space between the sleeve and the shaft, being ventilated, which is accessible through outlet ladders mounted. In case of the variant of a set-back sleeve, it is possible to place more sleeves into one shaft - in order to be able to connect more aggregates.

Assembled chimneys of reinforced concrete
Separately standing constructions whose supporting shaft is composed of the system of prefabricated centrings, connected with steel tie members along the height.
Chimneys of bigger heights are strengthened with prefabricated ribs of reinforced concrete placed along the perimeter. The inner side contains heat insulation in the form of masonry (of kieselghur or cellular glass) and protective ceramic lining. Combustion products usually access the chimney through a steel flue way above the terrain level. The chimney can be climbed via a steel ladder with a guard cage. Assembled chimneys of reinforced concrete are realised up to the height of 75 m.
Steel chimneys
Separate constructions of round cross section, made of steel sheet. The steel chimney is anchored to the base plate by means of anchoring bolts. Combustion products usually enter through a steel flue way above the terrain level or via a smoke channel from below. Inside the steel jacket there is a protective ceramic sleeve and insulation. Steel chimneys of greater height are anchored with ropes or a composite lattice construction for better static qualities. The chimney can be climbed up via a ladder with a guard cage.
