Using new materials, which will make service life of boilers longer is a matter of course.

Fluid bed boilers
A very important contribution for improving the living environment within the area of power generation is application of fluid bed boilers.
|
However, their lining is exposed to abnormal stress. This is caused by combination of the effects of temperature, abrasion, and chemical effects.
Further it is necessary to resist quick changes of temperature, which is important during putting the boiler out of operation and its repeated start-up. The aforementioned effects are taken care for by selecting appropriate materials and also by the used method of application of the lining. We implement either completely monolithic lining or combined lining, i.e., made of heat resistant concrete and shaped building blocks. Fluid bed boiler is a modern equipment, which significantly decreases environmental burden.
Besides our own experience from implementation of work we use also experience of our foreign partners.
Linings are made of materials that withhold high stress under operation. They include:
- pressed shaped blocks
- heat resistant LCC concrete
- ramming materials
- insulation
- consumables
