Company Policy for Integrated Management System
Initial Provisions
The following policy is established to provide the administration of integrated management system in the QMS (quality management), EMS (environmental management), OHSAS (occupational health and safety management), ISMS (information security management) and SA (social accountability) areas.
The company’s basic objective is to become a sought-for business partner and supplier of refractory structures and building constructions including high-rise structures offering an assurance not only to the customer but also to the company staff. We are aware of the fact our potential clients are not focused only on the price level and an irreplaceable role is played by the quality of work performed by us which we want to continuously improve.
The company management fully identifies themselves with ČSN EN ISO 9001, ČSN EN ISO 14001, ČSN OHSAS 18001, ČSN ISO/IEC 27001 and SA 8000 standards, i.e. with the principles of efficient implementation and continuous improvement of process management including the creation of necessary organizational, personnel and financial resources and undertakes to adhere to the principles.
The company management hereby undertakes to continuously monitor and ensure the compliance of the internal regulations with the Czech and EU legislation and legislation of the respective region in the Czech Republic including the administrative decisions.
The company management hereby undertakes to regularly review this policy to achieve continuous improvement.
Customer Orientation
One of the most important conditions for our permanent success is the satisfaction and loyalty of our existing and potential customers. Among our top priorities is the achievement of understanding the needs and expectations of our customers which are designed/drawn up so that any adverse effects on the health and safety of users are avoided complying with the environmental legal regulations. By ensuring information security we provide our customers with assurance and confidence in our company. We ensure the conformity with the customers’ contractual requirements regarding the protection of information and eliminate the information security risks by an appropriate measure.
Product Orientation
The product realization processes are modernized based on new findings from the research and development. Our processes are consistently monitored and evaluated in order to guarantee high quality to which our customers are accustomed, to prevent any negative events and to achieve continuous improvement of quality, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, information security and social accountability. We continuously monitor the compliance with the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic and European Union and any other requirements applicable to the different components of environmental protection, occupational health and safety, information security and social accountability. We make sure the processed information is adequately protected against unauthorized access and available to all parties to which it should be accessible and administrate the information so that the information integrity, confidentiality and availability are not impaired.
Personnel Orientation
The company human resource management mission is to develop the intellectual capital, maintain social peace and improve social accountability. We see a guarantee of achievement of our corporate strategic objectives in efficient and proficient personnel. All personnel are offered to involve themselves in the improvement of corporate processes and have a share in the implementation of all positive changes. We expect a determination to win and be successful from them. As far as the social accountability is concerned, the company undertakes, among others, not to employ or support child, forced or compulsory labour. It also undertakes to protect occupational health and safety and ensure prevention of personal accidents and damages to health. It shall respect the employees’ freedom of association in trade unions and right to collective bargaining and shall not use or support discrimination, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, etc. The company undertakes to observe the labour law and legal regulations applicable to working hours and wages, minimum wage and wage payment.
