The refractory concrete prefabricated blocks
|
TEPLOTECHNA Ostrava a.s. is a construction company with tradition
|
|
in constructions in the area of refractory technology and high reinforced concrete constructions on the territory of the Czech Republic and abroad. The company currently dynamically develops activities in the area of production of refractory concrete monolithic prefabricated parts, where it follows up to the production of refractory blocks from the turn of 1970’s and 1980’s. The company was established in 1951. In 1992 the company was transformed in a private joint stock company.
The refractory concrete prefabricated blocks of TEPLOTECHNA Ostrava have been manufactured since 2008 on the basis of own formulae that derive from the historical experience and the most recent knowledge and practical experience in the area of heat processing of metals, combustion of wood, wooden waste, pellets, coal, or combustion of urban or dangerous waste.

Refractory concrete prefabricated blocks
The basic raw-material basis are burnt clays, high-aluminium opening material, bauxite and high-aluminium cements. The company uses state-of-the-art production technologies – starting from the preparation of mixtures through vibrating, aging up to tempering in the gas drying oven
|
The main advantages of refractory concrete prefabricated blocks:
- possibility to produce very complicated and complex shapes that can not be produced by pressing
- lower costs of moulds than in the pressing technology
- low porosity, high strength and abrasion resistance
- possibility to produce large and heavy blocks
- high dimensional accuracy
- it is not necessary to dry the prefabricated blocks after installation
- significant acceleration of construction or repairs of linings
|
|
Team of PREFA employees provides consulting services in the following areas:
- application of the most suitable material
- design of the shape of prefabricated blocks depending on the customer’s needs
- key-ready design of set and complete composition of lining of any heat aggregatena
- thermal calculations (heat passage)
- cooperation in development of new refractory concrete mixtures according to customer’s requests and wishes
|
|
Product portfolio - Refractory concrete prefabricated blocks
- low-cement mixtures, medium-cement mixtures and mixtures containing silicon carbide
- production according to drawing documentation of the customer or according to the design of our company
- possibility of so-called “safety” stock reserve according to pre-agreed dispositions
- possibility of consignment stocks directly in the production premises of the customer
- upon request we provide for transport, above-standard insurance, customs formalities
The most frequent use of refractory concrete prefabricated blocks:
- solid fuel boiler linings
- metallurgical industry furnace linings
- linings of boilers for combustion of urban and dangerous waste
- linings of chemical assemblies
- linings of crematory furnaces and other incineration devices
Low-cement refractory concretes
Medium-cement refractory concretes
Low-cement refractory concretes containing silicium carbide
|
|
The most frequent applications:
power engineering – burner blocks, fluidized bed boiler walls, linings of boilers for biomass combustion, linings of small wood combustion boiler chambers.
ferrous and non-ferrous founding industry – ladle outlet nozzle bricks, nozzles, blast blocks, intermediate ladle partitions, ladle and intermediate ladle covers, roof panels of melting furnaces, furnace portals.
waste incineration plants – moulded blocks for combustion of urban and dangerous waste, moulded pieces for walls of incinerator boilers with installed creep-resisting steel anchors.
steel industry – outlet nozzle bricks, impact boards, troughs and covers of the induction furnaces.
ceramic and silicate industry – burner firing blocks, anchorage moulded pieces, moulded pieces for kiln cars.
