Lining of both parts is exposed to thermal stress, but mainly to chemical effects. These aggressive components come partially from imperfect combustion of wastes, but mainly they come from aggressive matters contained in the burned wastes – sulfur, chlorine, and nitrogen agglomerates, etc...
Due to vast variety of wastes coming from households, but mainly from industry, custom tailored solutions are necessary. Depending on a particular situation we carry out brickwork lining as well as monolithic lining or possibly combination of the above. For the most stressed parts we use proven imported materials.
Teplotechna Ostrava, a.s. offers comprehensive implementation of linings of industrial plants, including:
- preparation of implementation documents
- supplies of material including anchoring material
- assembly and disassemby
- drying up and the first heating-up
We offer also complete services including post guarantee repairs of lining. We offer consulting services to our clients and technical assistance already in the stage of preparation of a new construction or plant repair.
