- complete solution of supplies and service of factory buildings and delivery of all kind of complete kilns solution to key
- servicing and maintenance of furnace aggregates
- refractory lining of industrial furnaces, furnaces for production of building materials, steel works furnaces
- manufacture and assembly of steel construction and refractory linings for galvanizing, enamelling and incinerator furnaces
- realisation of acid-resistant linings of chemical and petrochemical facilities etc.
- refractory linings for blast furnaces and hot-blast stoves
- refractory linings for coking plant batteries of various construction types and sizes, including the large-capacity ones with the chamber clearance of 7 m.
- refractory linings for refuse incinerating plants
- refractory linings for boilers for power and heating plants of various types and sizes, including the fluid ones and, heat insulation
- manufacture of heat insulation modules out of fibrous material
- complete servicing of heat units in the field of refractory linings and heat insulation, which dwells in continuous care for our customers’ facilities
- counselling services, processing of project and technical documentation
- construction, maintenance and demolishing of industrial chimneys o all types (masonry, reinforced concrete, steel) up to the height of 300 m
- supply of materials, including anchoring elements
- monitoring by a digital camera
- technical assistance in commissioning of heat aggregates
- facing and lining with basalt
- guniting in heat aggregate maintenance
In the sphere of refractory works, we are the only firm within the Czech Republic that has references for all types of industrial units where linings occur.
In servicing of heat units, we use our rich experience in combination with the latest methods of diagnostics. For determination of faulty elements we use digital thermo vision camera, which enables us to map up the state devices much sooner than an accident or serious damage can occur. In facilities we maintenance on a regular basis our presence leads to prolonged durability and saving of financial means for our customers.
In the field of chimneys we have a team of experienced experts, special technical equipment, sliding formwork and working platforms.
Since the year 2000 our activities in the field of refractory works have expanded. One of our new projects is complete servicing in the sphere of Metallurgical masonry realised within the company, Vítkovice a.s.
Other long-term and highly valued customers of our company are: ČEZ a.s., SES Tlmače a.s.,TRUP a.s., Třinecké železárny a.s., Energetika a.s. in Třinec, BC-MCHZ a.s., Vápenka Vitošov s.r.o., Žilinská teplárenská a.s., DALKIA Morava a.s. and many other firms, whose facilities use linings of various types.
