GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation
Information obligation of TEPLOTECHNA Ostrava a.s. as a data controller in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
The data controller processes personal data within the employee relations for the following purposes:
• Conclusion of employment contracts, agreements on work performance, agreements on working activity, agreements on performance of office of a member of Board of Directors or Supervisory Board.
• Processing of payroll agenda, insurance premiums and tax payments, employee deductions and employer’s contributions.
• Other personnel records required by law including medical examinations.
• Employer’s internal records including statutory disclosure obligations.
• Provision of information and data to supervisory bodies by which personal data are required.
The data controller processes personal data within the commercial relations with natural persons for the following purposes:
• Creation of customer and supplier database in the data controller’s information and accounting system.
• Conclusion of business contracts and lease agreements in accordance with the trade licence, issue of purchase orders and invoices and payments to bank account or in cash.
Each natural person (data subject) entering into any relation with TEPLOTECHNA Ostrava a.s. as a data controller shall express his or her written consent with his or her personal data processing in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. The forms for expressing the consent with personal data processing are included in the data controller’s internal directive and the data controller is obliged to provide the forms in written form to the data subjects.
